IDSA has three awesome interns this summer

Kirstie Fleger, Sang Lee and Mary Farrell

HERNDON, VA USA — IDSA has three awesome interns this summer.

We were very lucky to get Mary Farrell, IDSA again this year. She has helped market the 2012 International Conference and the Conference poster contest. She also assisted with miscellaneous tasks, such as gathering design studio contact information and uploading content to IDSA’s website. She is from Northern Virginia and received a bachelor’s in marketing from the College of William and Mary. Additionally, she is pursuing a master’s in industrial design from North Carolina State University.

Sang Lee spent countless hours uploading images and content to the IDEA 2012 gallery. He also assisted with the proofing of IDEA credits for Innovation. Lee graduated from James Madison University with a bachelor’s in studio art with a concentration in industrial design. He carries his sketchbook and pencil with him 24/7 sketching out new ideas. When he’s not designing, he loves to pay soccer and listen to music.

Kirstie Fleger (not to be confused with Katie Fleger) supported membership, but also helped where she was needed, such as making buttons for conference and organizing the media clippings notebook. She is a rising sophomore at Appalachian State University (ASU) and plans to major in public relations with a minor in marketing. She loves soccer and plays for ASU.
